I needed (but not urgently ) to see a doctor and was not concerned to see a particular doctor. I filled in the online appointment request, very easy and was offered choice of phone or in person over the following few days I chose face to face at a time convenient to me. Short wait in the waiting area and met a doctor for the first time and was immediately relaxed and reassured of her professional, caring and thorough attitude. I am.guessing that she went over my allotted time but she didn't rush me and answered all my questions. I left the surgery feeling completely reassured. This is the second time this year that I have had reason to let College Green Surgery know how much I appreciate their care. Reception staff also very kind and helpful. Thank you

Great receptionists, very accommodating and friendly. The nurses and Drs all helpful. I’ve been in numerous times within the last month and each time there has been friendly staff.

I have been using this Practice since it incorporated my old GP surgery at the start of Covid, and despite my initial scepticism about the new Centre I have been really impressed with their service. I can get a face to face appointment or telephone appointment within a reasonable time and the reception staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. As are the Nursing staff who carry out Blood tests, health welfare checks etc., My repeat prescriptions are handled quickly and despatched to my chosen Pharmacy electronically often on the same day I requested them. I may not see the same GP each time, but I feel the GP I do see has taken a few moments to access and check my records before I see them. I have had a few health issues in the last two years involving consultations with other NHS specialists, but I am confident that effective communication has taken place between them and my Surgery. I feel involved in my assessment and treatment plan and have confidence that the staff at College Green have my health and welfare at heart. They have done a great job in a difficult few years, and long may it continue.

Seen a Dr this morning and had to have antibiotics went to the chemist to collect it but couldn't have them because the doctor hadn't signed it so now I have to wait

We were waiting for an hour which isn’t great for a pregnant woman but also the midwife wasn’t very polite and was caught gossiping by myself about me when I left my appointment because we were left alone for over ten minutes with no explanation after her being incredibly rude in the appointment.

However, this is no excuse for any issues that impact our patients. This matter is being discussed with the partners at CG and they’re working on a resolve. I visited College Green medical centre for a routine smear test, never a pleasant experience, but the nurse helped me to relax and she made the procedure quick and painless

I saw a clinician who conducted my annual review. She was excellent, very helpful and reassuring. She checked my blood pressure and went through my medication with me.
