Not actually Clegg Lane. My appointment was at the Willows Salford From the receptionist to the nurse and doctor that performed my minor surgery. Service was exceptional. Everything explained and performed with care and consideration

Dealt by friendly staff who explained thoroughly the procedure. Very clean practice and ample waiting area with a TV. Lift also available if needed.

Staff very friendly and helpful . When I had my surgery they were very professional and made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend them.

I went for minor surgery and was pleasantly surprised with how easy my experience was. It took half an hour at most and I had a "double" appointment. The nurses were incredible. So lovely and helpful. Answered every question I had about what was going on and made sure to show me the bits they removed afterwards (I asked to see lol). Also, a very helpful and informative learning experience as a student nurse! Cannot recommend enough, I can't get over how easy it all was. Genuinely really appreciate the nurses taking the time to answer everything, checking on me afterwards and just being so knowledgeable about everything they do. It's awesome to see

Went for a minor surgery for a cyst on my head, where I was worried that my hair would be shaven or I won't be able to get an actual surgery for a long time. I came on the day of the appointment, where doctor removed the cyst on the same day without damaging my hair, which was a big relief.

Had 3 more sebaceous cysts removed at a date and time that suited me. Surgeon was v good (again). Cared about me, not just my cysts!

Efficient service, waited only a minute or two before being called. Staff reassured me throughout even though I've had this procedure done many times. Following the procedure I was given after care advice and a chocolate. Fantastic service thank you ladies.
