Called in yesterday 15/05/23 with no Appointment, I needed to check my own meds and the wife's. As expected the service from the reception staff was second to none there were no problems in sorting things out. As ever all was fine at my doctors surgery.

Great staff very respectful, helpful and kindly they have knowledge about their work i had a minor surgery really it going well I want to thank them Doctor and his staff really best team ever I appreciate it thank you so much

Visited this practice for the first time after being referred by my gp for minor surgery (removal of skin tags). Was in and out in 15 minutes. The procedure went very well and the staff were extremely pleasant. Thanks for the chocolate by the the way. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this surgery again. :)

Had a little lump taken out of my leg. The doctor did it quickly and no problems there. However he didn’t explain well about any aftercare, it felt a bit rushed, I wasn’t told how long to keep the dressing on, whether or not I could get it wet etc. He literally just said no contact sports for a week.

I went to have a small lump removed and was nervous about it but the lady who treated me was lovely. She explained what to expect and put me at ease. The procedure was over within minutes and was mostly painless. I was very pleasantly surprised. I was seen on time and the clinic appeared clean and well looked after.

My experience of the minor surgery clinic at The Willows was positive from start to finish, I was made to feel at ease from entering the room where soothing background music was playing to leaving when I was presented with an 'I was brave' chocolate coin, a nice touch. The lady who performed the minor surgery made me feel so at ease, explaining the procedure & the aftercare advice in a friendly manner which helped with my nervousness. I'd have no hesitation in having a procedure there again as it was carried out in a totally professional way.
