    Appointments are luck of the draw as to who you get after a 4 week wait . Merger with Corkland Road a disaster . Continuity of care gone out of the window . Reports from consultants not acted upon before being uploaded . Booking an appointment a laborious and time consuming process . You need us more than we need you attitude . Causing me more stress when I need less . Just had the worst face to face appointment I ever experienced .

    A long time patient who has used the practice many times. Last week after a long running virus not getting better I contacted the surgery online and had a face to face appointment within two hours. I know all practices are extremely busy and things can be frustrating for all of us. However I was seen, assessed and referred for an X-Ray locally the next morning, as well as receiving medication. This was very efficient and great care. Thank you.

    My GP gives me time to discuss my health issues and is very aware of my family situation, which bearing in mind how many people she sees, I think is remarkable. I trust her judgement and honesty and think she’s basically a good person. Can’t ask for more.

    I have received very good care from this practice, both from doctors, nurses and reception staff. As I’m hard of hearing reception staff are very patient and kind and take time to speak with me. I was Referred very quickly for my hearing test Highly recommended.

    Entirely positive experience at every visit or remote contact Helpful and friendly staff at all levels I would recommend this facility to all residents of south Manchester wholeheartedly. I was recently having some problems with balance and was given every possible test with excellent feedback.

    I saw a lovely young lady GP who attended to me as an urgent patient. Then I went on to see lovely nurse to have my bloods done. Both very professional. I shall soon be on the mend. Thanks Cfp.

  7. Review titled Poor repeat and emergency prescription service

    I signed up for a repeat prescription service and had nothing but trouble. I did not received my repeat prescription on time. The chemist blamed the surgery for that. On Monday morning after 3 days without medication I requested the medication and specifically requested as an emergency sertaline.(this can be evidenced in the message I sent to the surgery). I later called in person at midday to ensure that the message had been received The receptionist said that she will pass the message to the Doctor that this is an emergency so that the medication can be signed and sent to Everest pharmacy today. I called the surgery at 5p and was told that she medication is on the way and should be ready to be picked within an hour. At 7 45 pm Everest still not received anything. This is shocking and deceitful and not professional at all.

    I was impressed by the caring service I received when I had a UTI. I could drop off a specimen in person and get a prescription quickly. I was followed up twice online to be sure the infection had cleared.

    The doctors provide a good service. But the booking system is dreadful. The Practice Contact Form is almost always unavailable. Trying to contact by telephone is hopeless. I waited one hour yesterday without success. So today I went in person to book a telephone appointment with a GP for which purpose I had to be late for my volunteer commitment.

    This practice has gone right down the drain since the merger with Corkland Road. Nobody answers the phone. They ring my mum to ask questions when she has dementia and doesn't know what they want. It was so much better at Corkland Road.
