    The services are very good. Yes, it might be a challenge to book an appointment - but the staff is very helpful and willing to offer other option in case you can not be seen face to face.

    I’ve no issues with this practice. I can usually relatively easily get an appointment, I’ve found them responsive and the practice itself is clean and inviting. Have seen a number of doctors during visits - all are personable. Reception staff are always friendly.

    As an older woman with a very personal problem I’ve was seen by two very understanding female doctor/ nurse Who treated me with the greatest of care And compassion . For that I thank them !

    The help & visits my mum has received from doctors & district nurses arranged by the surgery have been really good, as I do not live local this has been a great help to me & they always contact me to give me an update about my mum who is 97 years old

Patient care is very important to all of us who work at the practice I will share your feedback with the pharmacist. The pharmacist role in GP practice has helped us to give patients a longer appointment to discuss their medications, any concerns patients have as well as ensuring mediation is taken appropriately to ensure maximum benefit.     I was visiting my sister and she needed a GP appointment. She said she won’t be seen for ages so there’s no point. However, she called the other week on Monday morning and spoke to a lady. 30 seconds later she is speaking to a “triage clinician” (won’t let me write his name here) who explained he was not a doctor, but a paramedic with extended scope of practice (which we didn’t know existed!). He asked some questions and invited my sister into the surgery. He saw her in a little room next to reception and gave her antibiotics. She collected these from downstairs pharmacy 10 minutes later. From her call to receiving antibiotics was 40 minutes in total including a telephone call, very thorough assessment and medicines. Outstanding service and wish I lived in London to register here too!
