I had 3 different vaccines this month. All the nurses were efficient , answered my questions and on each occasion I was seen on time. A great service. Thank you

It’s always a pleasure to visit Chatfield Health Centre, the staff are brilliant and really helpful. I always go for my yearly jabs and it is efficient and painless.

Medical staff very professional & friendly & provided an excellent service. Unfortunately there is a very aggressive receptionist who is not at all welcoming or friendly. Not helpful when dealing with patients who may be feeling very anxious & vulnerable. A great pity when everyone else is the absolute opposite.

Clearly a stopwatch started once the phone consult started. When there was questions asked they appeared not to be taken onboard, and clearly at 10min mark the consult was to end as the doctor abruptly noted it was the end and disconnected the call without the consultation being finished or time for myself as parent to a 7 month that I had called due to potential chickenpox was left with not an option to ask further questions or guidance. Another doctor on duty did call and offer that I could come and be seen in person with our daughter which I was advise not an option. When first appointment made, but as it wasn’t confirmed for the 2nd appointment we did not wish our daughter to be waiting in cold or long stay in clinic but his approach and tone on the call was very professional, Shane he wasn’t the first doctor who was more concerned on her 10 min time slot. Ultimately we engaged with our personal private doctor who arrange an urgent video consult and allowed us the time to go through what could be the cause, chickenpox being one and what we should be keeping a look out for with our daughter etc so reassuring. Appreciate that having the option to afford a private doctor is not an option for all, but it certainly shouldn’t be that appointments via telephone with local NHS are just disconnected when the doctor feels it right without asking the parents if they had any questions or concerns.

Lovely reception staff who do all they can to help. The doctors I have seen recently have been so understanding, kind and helpful.

I like this practice very much we have everything we need and the doctors are amazing and the reception staff very friendly and helpful I have been here well over 20 years and happy. Bur the self check in is useless I was waiting.for more than 20 minutes because it told me to sit upstairs when my appointment was downstairs instead.

I contacted the practice via their online form. Had a speedy reply and was given an appointment for a few days time (it was non-urgent). On the day of the appointment I was seen at the stated time and treated very professionally, courteously and kindly.

I very seldom require to contact my GP but when I do I find all staff, administrative and medical, at Chatfield to be extremely helpful and practical with their advice.
