New online system is fantastic; my query was responded to within 24 hours. After speaking with the doctor I was quickly called back as an appointment had opened up for the same week.

I came into the appointment feeling very nervous as I was about to discuss a sensitive topic and something I’d not spoken about with anyone before. I was made to feel really at ease and I felt comfortable sharing my problems with them. I really appreciated them as being someone to talk to.

The staff at the surgery are friendly and helpful . It’s a very busy surgery but I can always get an appointment. The nurse I saw was very professional and helpful .

Despite the fact I had to wait too long for a call back, I think I got the right care I needed. When I called few times the practice the receptionist was gentle and very patient..! We should have access to a doctor much quicker that what we have at the moment.
