    I attended the surgery for a blood test, both the reception staff and the nurse were very friendly and helpful and put me at ease. No waiting time, I was seen at the scheduled time. Very happy, definitely recommend.

    I had a very nice experience. The receptionists are very welcoming and the service is great. I was examined on time and I've never had issues with long waiting times. My English isn't quite perfect and my physician was very patient with me and made me feel comfortable and understood. I felt as though I could get my concerns and questions across.

    I saw rosemary today who immediately put me at ease for my procedure. She understood how I felt and immediately put me forward for other tests she felt I needed even making the appointments for me. I felt listened to and very much cared for. A truly wonderful person to have in the NHS highly rated

    I have been at Chatfield a little too often for my liking but the service has been good from everyone, particular mention of Drs and reception- kind and professional. This is about my visit on Friday 22nd March. Week before that I had a telephone appt and was promised an urgent referral to ENT ,I should have had my ENT referral sooner, it is now in place. I have tried to send appraisals before but found site difficult . I had an appointment 5th March- perfect service and outcome

    Not very happy that I was on the phone for exactly 1 hour and 33 minutes before it got answered to then be answered by someone miserable ... I should be the miserable one waiting that long . However I did appreciate the help I received from the pa - Lydia

We are having a new telephone system installed in the next few week which we hope will help to address the issues you have raised. I have also in the mean time discussed the issues you have raised with the patients services reminding them of the importance of answering the phones as well as applying the customer services training they have recently undertaken.     Prior to my phone consultation with the pharmacist, who was helpful. I have found that support, advice and information provided by the team at Chatfield often conflicts is unclear. GPS often tell you that something is not possible or there’s an issue, but then don’t show empathy to the case or any proactiveness to resolve the situation. I have been left to call and call again, as well as return to the surgery twice again on the same day. Stock in the inventory shows as available on surgery system for (later) same day collection at Olde Pharmacy downstairs, but on return to The Olde Pharmacy, it’s not in stock (where it is still on order/pending) - Very misleading and not an honest transparent system. ‘In stock’ has to mean ‘Physical Stock Available on site’.
