    I was offered an appointment on the same day. I was then offered another option of either a face to face consultation or telephone. Due to the case of my symptoms I was given another appointment on the same day to investigate further. This was a quick turnaround and I was happy with the service.

    Managed to mess up my leg and went to A & E. After that the practice was incredible , and dressed my wound regularly, as well as antibiotics. The nurse was excellent as well as being reassuring. Thanks so much

    Had to have a 2nd blood test as the date on the first one was not right, however managed to get a 2nd one done, the nurse was very kind and helpful

    I have been going to Chatfield Health Care for years. The doctors, nurses and support staff have been brilliant. I appreciate wait times can be more of a challenge these days but I’ve managed to get appointments fairly swiftly and always feel listened to. I’ve been signposted successfully for additional support where needed including talk therapies and pain management. Support has been efficient and empathetic. On my recent visit, I mentioned a physical symptom and the gentle questioning that followed unlocked the upset I have been expetiencing - it was cathartic. Thank goodness for the NHS and my respect and admiration for everyone working in it.

    I have had a number of recent appointments and this one was as good of the others. The nurse was on time and had everything ready to redress my leg. All done very quickly - and cheerfully. Many thanks

    I had been referred to rheumatology and have been quite distressed about my condition for sometime. I wondered why I hadn’t heard anything after 6 weeks and on asking the surgery I was told that my referral had been rejected but nobody knew why. This was really upsetting for me as now the waiting list will be even longer. I don’t know whether this was an error of the surgery or the fault of the hospital I was referred to. I’m really worried and in a lot of pain so I may have to pay privately to see someone which is difficult as it’s hard to afford. Usually I’m happy with Chatfield but I feel a little let down and the GP I spoke with (Not my usual GP) came across as cold and uncaring.

    I saw one of the best doctors’s in the practice on 5/8/24. The doctor took her time to carry out a full holistic assessment. I feel assured of her assessments. She went the extra mile for me and most of her parents. I am grateful to her care. Thanks to the rest of the team within the surgery.
