    Attended practice for annual flu and covid jab. Cheerful nurses who made the experience a fun exercise as opposed to a daunting one. The nurse was quick and the pain free jabs given before I knew it was happening.

    Gp was very thorough, sympathetic and listened carefully to my problems. They arranged a range of tests and an appointment to discuss the results during my first visit. They explained the results clearly and reassuringly and gave helpful advice for managing my symptoms.

    The Anima portal is not easy to use. I simply wanted to forward test results following a visit to A & E (GP and hospital IT Systems apparently not compatible) but trying to ask how to do so via Anima was nigh impossible. During a lengthy triage process I found myself engineering answers simply to avoid being directed back to A & E or to call 111! I eventually called the GP practice after finding a phone no on Google and was then given an e mail address. What should have taken five minutes to transmit the results involved over 90 minutes of my time, a call clogging up the GP's switchboard and five or so minutes of tge Receptionist's busy day. A simple issue made complicated due to a clumsy Anima system which could not respond. Bring on AI!

    I am very satisfied with the service I received. Staff members are very welcoming. I went recently for blood test. The nurse was kind. She collected the blood easily. She explained to me what she was doing to do and what She was expecting from me.

    Needed travel vaccinations updated ahead of a trip to South America. Easy to get an appointment through the online system. Nurse was friendly, checked I had everything up-to-date, and told me when others would need boosters. Even one which will need a booster when I’m 91!! No problems with the actual injections. Overall very pleasant experience.

    Had to make an urgent and non urgent appointment recently. Although there was a slight hiccup initially, I was promptly attended to, quickly referred for an Sos appt with St George’s ENT and got the appt just a few days later. Very pleased and grateful.
