    I was visiting my sister and she needed a GP appointment. She said she won’t be seen for ages so there’s no point. However, she called the other week on Monday morning and spoke to a lady. 30 seconds later she is speaking to a “triage clinician” (won’t let me write his name here) who explained he was not a doctor, but a paramedic with extended scope of practice (which we didn’t know existed!). He asked some questions and invited my sister into the surgery. He saw her in a little room next to reception and gave her antibiotics. She collected these from downstairs pharmacy 10 minutes later. From her call to receiving antibiotics was 40 minutes in total including a telephone call, very thorough assessment and medicines. Outstanding service and wish I lived in London to register here too!

    GP was friendly, very helpful and reassuring. I rang because of not feeling well for the past couple of weeks and within that time, had over three separate appointments regarding the same problem. I have felt very isolated with this medical problem and when speaking to the GP she was very reassuring and compassionate.

    I have always been well treated whenever I have needed treatment from all staff. In my opinion the doctors are extremely good and really follow up the progress of treatment.

    I would like to commend and thank all the medical and support staff at Chatfield Medical Centre.I have been coming here for over 10 years and found all the medical and support staff to be helpful supportive and professional. They all work hard and do a great job for the community - often under difficult circumstances. Thank you and well done for your care- please keep it going.

    Great system for requesting appointments on line via footfall. speedy response with an appointment book. It is very efficient without the need for calling in on the phone. staff are very helpful and accommodating.

    Saw the Physician Associate last week. She was very caring, knowledgeable and did not rush me. She listened to everything I had to say and then explained things to me and asked me if I was happy with the plan. Will definitely being making an appointment with her next time I need to be seen.

    I felt the need to say what a wonderful caring reception team there is working at the practice. Some of the staff have been there for a number of years and have always gone the extra mile. They always try to help you. If you are feeling unwell it is nice to great by a friendly voice or a smile.
