I called at 08:10 and was 4th in the queue. The phone was answered quickly, I saw a doctor at 10:45 and had a satisfactory consultation.

Fantastic practice. When i needed help they went all out to get me all the help I needed they were great I can't stop talking to friends about them

I went there for guidance following bullying at work and asked for my blood pressure to be taken as hbp was picked up at the last appt which I now attribute to stress. I was told to self self and the blood pressure check was not done. I had a trainee sitting in the appt who seemed particularly unbothered which was off putting

talked to james on monday to find out which medications i could stop got a result i was happy with and he arranged a phone call from dr milner. she took time to expain the outcome and what to do next.

I’ve been suffering from my private part for quiet long time, and this time I feel like I was treated properly and the way they explained to me what I have I feel relief mentally because I believe this time I’m on the right direction and hopefully I’ll see the end of my suffering of this issue.

Unfortunately I felt very rushed during my appointment. The Dr did not have the correct equipment to complete the consultation.

The lady who took my blood was rude and i didn't like my experience with her at all so i would not like to see her again
