    I called to book for on the day appointment and luckily I was seen within an hour of my call. I had previously been to the surgery two days before to book for same appointment but I couldn't get one until in two weeks time. However, when I tried and called the surgery for the same day appointment, I was lucky. I got a face to face appointment which enabled an examination of my problem and to find solution. I was grateful because I was in pain. I believe its a better option to call on the day, early, if the phone queue is not long for an appointment. If one has to wait long on the phone you are most unlikely to get an appointment.

    I was seen on time and dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. I was referred to the physiotherapy service which was the outcome I had hoped for.

    Believing speed of consultation have been automatically lovely to myself each time I visited great...aromatic fragrances of some of your dedicate workers buried the bad seeds within your elegant environment. Having mentioned the above and my personal experiences inner soul communicates inwardly which sounds off Beat no the idea behinds the composition of the surgery administrating, bringing back joyous moments of the sick into sunshine life. Negative concerns were time GP tells will call you after seeing and advise doesn't back .it worriesome to me - it calls for review. Thank you. Alexander

    The nurse wasn’t very friendly, no how are you or small talk despite an attempt. Quite rough with the blood test itself. Not an overly nice experience, especially if you are someone who doesn’t like needles

    I saw Dr A for a routine but invasive minor surgery. I was nervous however her and her colleague, Ch, made the process far easier for me due to their caring, understanding and reassuring approach. Despite asking them several questions and needing a little time after the procedure to re-balance myself, I did not, at any point, feel rushed. Thank you to both of them.

    It was a phone consultation to review my health conditions and medication. The GP phoned me within the allotted time. The questions were clear and I was given sufficient time to answer them and ask questions. The discussions were friendly, reassuring and I felt at ease. That enabled me to open up automatically and explain my situation fully and confidently. Many thanks to the Doctor who interviewed me.
