    All members of staff go the extra mile, including reception team, physiotherapy, nurse, physician associates. The physician associate worked hard to find an appointment quicker than the 12 months offered by St George’s and the physiotherapist was helpful and diagnosing because of my elbow problem and the best forms of exercise to fix it

    I've had blood tests for Infections, no one called me back to discuss the findings. I've had serious mental health problems, meaning that I am out of work. I had a mental health review, but recieved no follow up or any suggestions on next steps. I feel completely alone on this, using YouTube videos to try understand myself & how my past traumas have affected me. Is this really what the NHS expects a patient to do? We discussed coming off sertraline, because it wasn't working. No one has contacted me to see how that would work, I asked to try a different antidepressant, but no-one has spoken to me a out what the other option might be ? I haven't had any perspective medicine for 5 days now, and I am self medicating. How can you leave you're patients in your community so helpless

    Prompt, polite and professional practice from the reception point to the excellent doctors and the rest of the medical team. On my last visit the doctor addressed all issues regarding my post lung operation. Please carry on the great work. Thank you.

    I have been to the surgery a lot this month & everything is acted professionally & most importantly ( Quickly ) , Time is so precious when a health problem shows it’s ugly head !! But Chatfield medical centre with its fantastic caring polite staff over my 18yrs with them have certainly kept me ticking along & keeping me out of as much pain as anyone could possibly treat , Thank you is just never enough :)

    On both visits, Staff were pleasant and the hospital communicates well on email and sms about appointments. Staff are also proactive on issues and eager to assist. This is appreciated.

    Professional and very helpful reception staff (so kind and efficient) The doctor who saw me was of a very high caliber, didn’t miss a thing and was extremely careful that I understood everything. Previous experience using Chatfield Medical Practice has never differed - an outstanding example of the how to run an NHS practice.

    Submitted a concern via portal, received a call quite quickly and offered appointment same day ( with Phys. Assoc.)Was seen an appropriately referred onwards which was a great service. However the waiting room environment needs review. There was a radio blaring, TV screen showing health info ads, some with audio some without, staff talking, so with all that it's difficult to hear when you are being called for appointment. I understand staff need to converse but all the noise together is overwhelming ( I have hearing loss). The radio volume could definitely be decreased! When an appointment is announced on the screen it may help to have an alert sound to inform people waiting an announcement is coming as it could be missed if you get distracted and not watching the screen ( also consider those who have sight difficulties).

    I have had an excellent experience at Chatfield Practice. Receptionists are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond. When I phoned to make my appointment, I was pushed for time as I had to get back to work and I was in the basement, so had no reception to receive calls. True to her word , the receptionist rang the next day to confirm my appointment. On arrival to my appointment I was greeted by very pleasant, warm and friendly reception staff. My appointment was on time, no waiting around. The GP I was reviewed by was professional, thorough and addressed all my concerns. I did nt feel rushed, yet the appointment was conducted in a timely and efficient manner. Since then I have been back to have bloods taken. Again, a punctual appointment and the bloods taken by a friendly, professional phlebotomist. I then had to make a routine appointment to discuss my blood results. Apart from a three week wait for this appointment, which actually doesn’t particularly bother me as it appears to be a routine follow up, so no real urgency required. Overall a very pleasant experience provided by a great team of professional staff. Keep up The good work. Many thanks
