Saw Dr o toilet he took his time was considerate and very patient thank you .I phoned and they phoned me back I got a appointment a hour later

Tried to phone up to make a GP appointment to get a hearing assessment following the advice of an Occupational Health Assessment. I am in a call queue as I am writing this review. I have been listening to mind numbing music for 56 minutes now. Apparently you can wait all day and then be cut off at 6pm. How is anyone supposed to see their doctor by phoning up. It is just not working. The surgery is broken. They don't even tell you what number you are in the queue so they should sort that out first. I will need to go in person but I did that once and they said you need to phone to make an appointment.

on friday 25th i rang the practice which i had to wait 47 minutes for someone to answer, and was told that a doctor will be ringing me back when there free will be in the next couple hours. no phone call back that day. so then on saturday i had to go to a&e and wait 7 hours to be seen. I tried ringing up on monday and i was told again after half an hour of waiting that someone will call me back when there next free, i said is this definite because someone said that to me on friday and i never did get a call back. but again never got a call back to speak to the doctor.

Phoned this morning for appointment received ring back informed all booked . Tried this afternoon got an appointment at 16.30. This has improved hugely Well done all of you!!

I started ringing at 8:30, eventually was allowed on the call waiting list at 10:30. The call was answered at 11:45 only to be told to phone back this afternoon. This system is totally flawed, I’m going to be waiting for another 2 hrs this afternoon to be told ring tomorrow. The other suggestion is to ring 111, what even more problems for the emergency services. Come on Charlton get your processes sorted. I don’t mind waiting, If I’m ill, I want to be seen today.

In the last two weeks my wife had a very bad ear infection, she tried the normal remedies but that didn't help. So over two weeks she rang for an appointment or phone call, she waited hours to get answer which which was that there were none or call backs, but to ring again after 14 00. She did that a few times but got the same result. She did once get a call from a Pharmarcy who advised using olive oil. She rang 111 and the lady accessed, and told her to phone the doctors again and she would get a call back within 2 hours. But it never happened. Now the doctors and medical staff are great people and have always been helpful, but the receptionists are another thing, they stick to some stupid rules and lack the ability to use their common sense and find away of helping people at difficult times. Their duty is to get people seen. If there is no appointments left in a morning, put them on the afternoon list or the next days list, if an emergency happens no one would mind waiting till was solved because you know you are going to be seen after. You know it makes sense, and it stops people getting upset and blaming the receptionist who's fault it really is. Eventally every body is happy

I rang for a Doctors appointment this morning at 08.32. I was asked if I wanted a call back by the automated system. I said yes. 15 minutes later I received a call back from the surgery and was given an appointment for 10.20. Absolutely excellent service. The new system worked splendidly

I recently attended the flu jab clinic held on 23/9/23. The clinic was fantastically organised. Very efficient, very friendly and very professional. Well done to all the staff involved

You can never get through. I have tried calling to book an appointment for 2 weeks it kicks you out every time. The minute the lines open it says the phone queues are full. If you ring time after time after time you can't get through. No wonder excess deaths are through the roof if people can't see s doctor. Its disgusting.
