    I have on going unstable health issues. I have always found all staff aim to help me the best way they can. Your recent change in telephone answering system has also added to my excellent care.

    Broadwater medical centre staff and Doctors are amazing they are always so kind and caring and the service is great.

    I filled in an Econsult at 8am on a Monday morning regarding my poorly child. I was called a few hours later by a practitioner (didn't catch his name). He was polite, reassuring and gave some helpful advice. I felt listed to, my questions were answered, and i was reassured that if i had any more concerns then i could call back and request a face to face visit for my daughter.

    Following a telephone call for advice on 7th october 2022 I received a text message advising me a referral had been sent to the community pharmacist who would be in touch within 24 hours to discuss my issue. four days later I am still waiting - in the meantime having been forced to go to accident and emergency department at hospital this pharmacy is incompetent and not fit for purpose and reflects badly on the gp practice.
