  1. Review titled Really helpful service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Went in the walk-in morning (Sunday) rather than try to get a GP appointment tomorrow as the issue has been going on a few days now. The wait time was long, but this was made very clear and very accurate to myself and everyone who came in after. GP was great, very helpful. Staff were amazing and very friendly - there was an issue with the pharmacist at Boots (not the fault of the practice at all) and they were very quick and proactive in sorting it.

  2. Review titled Well done

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I visited the practice on 4th august with my elderly mother who was seen within the hour and had her wound attended to and prescribed antibiotics. Excellent service. However if our own surgery had helped us I would not have had to take my 86 year old mother all the way to Brighton to be seen. Top marks for the station practice and their staff.

  4. Review titled Really useful service

My son was in need of antibiotics and with it being a bank holiday our own GP was closed. It’s such a relief to have a device like this available to us and overall the service was excellent. Receptionist were friendly and efficient and the doctor was fantastic. We had to wait just under an hour and then were able to get the required prescription after diagnosis. Brilliant service, as long as you’re prepared to wait then it’s so useful for out of hours help.

  6. Review titled Excellent Service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

After wasting all day trying to make an appointment at the GP's surgery I'm registered with, I had the option to go to a walk-in clinic at Brighton Station Health Centre. Even though many people were waiting and I had to wait a couple of hours, the service was excellent overall. All staff was amicable and kind. The doctor drained the infected abscess on my finger, applied a new dressing and prescribed antibiotics. I was relieved that I was finally on the road to recovery. I am delighted such a facility with a walk-in clinic exists.

One of the best doctors I’ve seen to be honest. Much better than my own GP. Calm, accurate and understanding. A prescription was written and everything sorted within an hour.

  8. Review titled Awful Service

Rated 1 star out of 5

After finally getting a telephone appointment, the dr I spoke to sounded like they had better places to be. I was told I needed to have some blood tests and give samples and was told ‘You will have to work that out yourself and either call back and speak to reception staff or go in’ I also needed a face to face appointment, when I asked for the next available appointment was in two weeks time. I asked for the following Tuesday due to being away. I was told it was booked and the call ended. I did not receive any confirmation of the appointment so I checked the NHS app to find the appointment I was booked in for was only 1 week after my call with the dr and therefore missed it. I personally have never felt that the GP’s here really care for the younger patients they have and have a view that they are all wasting their time. I would recommend not registering and finding a different GP surgery.

  9. Review titled Prescribed a treatment on a Sunday

Rated 5 stars out of 5

My skin infection was getting worse and the pharmacist I saw recommended I see a GP. I waited about 40 minutes. The staff were nice. I was seen and prescribed a treatment. How lucky we are to have such a facility.
