The lady who I saw today was very professional and caring, would recommend seeing her. I was made to feel really comfortable as I was nervous before the appointment also

Today I had an appointment with the nurse for an ECG, the nurse was so nice, made me feel very relaxed, talked me through everything she was going to do. Very quick & easy experience. Great staff at the surgery. Highly recommend

I had several tests, including blood, which I am not good with, especially since it is always difficult to find a vein. This nurse is excellent at helping me cope with this issue, always keeping me relatively calm, and not fainting. She is friendly and chatty whilst working with expertise and care. Plus she appears to remember me well, despite only seeing me a couple of times a year.

The nurse was very nice and extremely efficient. I had a thorough annual check up including BP and bloods taken. If you engage with the services offered then you will be seen.

Phoned in the afternoon and once I got through to a human I felt she was very helpful and understanding of my issue and rather than send me to a walk in centre and after a further discussion by her with the duty doctor she was able to get me the test I needed more quickly than sitting for hours in a walk in centre to achieve the same thing for which I am grateful for. I wasn’t expecting any GP appointments which there weren’t and I thought if you don’t ask you don’t get and on this occasion I feel it was the right outcome for my problem. Refreshing!

The Asthma Nurse was very professional and attentive to my requirements. Surgery was running more or less to time and waiting room was not too crowded.

I was seen this morning by my usual INR Nurse. As per usual she was very professional, kind and sensitive and with an appropriate sense of humour which I personally find very reassuring. When I first met her, quite some time ago, she has always been the same. And above all, has often gone above and beyond, to ensure my health needs are met as quickly and efficiently as possibly, within her remit. An excellent example as to how professionals within the NHS, should interact and respond with individuals they have contact with.
