I was seen on time for my appointment with the nurse, she explained my test results to me and was very helpful with a previous condition I had spoke to her about, very caring lady.

I rang to make an appointment as I had a rash come up on both feet. The receptionist sent me a link for me to upload some pictures of the rash which I did , the rash is getting worse but I’m still only going to get a telephone call for an update, I need an appointment to actually see a doctor, who can then give me a proper diagnosis on what he/she actually sees. I use the online consultation whenever I can to save time, and appointments that others can use.

Excellent consultation. Ordered ECG at once discussed results and talked through medication. Phoned me at home to talk through medicine which had been discussed with other docs. Couldn’t be better

Arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time and called in only moments later. I am in the lucky position to not have needed a doctor urgently but can appreciate that people get annoyed not being able to get an appt for weeks. Though this is not the Practice's fault. This is the Tory Government's fault.

We offer a Duty Doctor appointment for patients with an acute medical concern to discuss this acute problem. These appointments are available every day. My recent experience went very well. I only had to wait a few minutes before my appointment with the Nurse, which went very smoothly. However, I do find it a shame that patients are unable to see a Doctor face to face now!
