Went for removal of stitches, although they were difficult to remove, the nurse remained professional and compassionate throughout, even when she had to get another nurse to help. Both were really lovely and did everything they could to make the discomfort as manageable as possible.

It is always hard to get through by telephone and appointments, by phone or in person, are hard to get in a timely manner.

From booking to the actual appointment, I had no issues. As always the only sticking point was the wait time for an appointment to see a GP face to face.
