Rang for an appointment couldn’t get one spoke to a receptionist after waiting on the phone for 68 minutes for a sick note which has still not been received .

After a great service regarding my appointment, time seen, minimum wait & also a great service from the receptionist regarding information. I could be missing a doctors note I requested, maybe due to a long explanation to a new doctor from myself, which could have caused this miscommunication. Apart from this, I was happy with every other element.

It was great having face to face consultation which unfortunately is very rare. The nurse was friendly, understanding and informative.

Pharmacy team member was very friendly, helpful and kindly sorted my issue out. It's just frustrating that people's time is wasted in dealing with things that could have been avoided.

After trialing a new medication, this was due to run out so I contacted the GP surgery. After explaining the issue, the receptionist advised that a Pharmacy member of staff would contact me the following morning to discuss this further. As agreed, a member of the Pharmacy team contacted me the following morning. After listening to my concerns and asking about my well being, she explained that she would give me a months worth of the new medication, to continue taking the dosage recommended by the GP and that a member of staff would contact me in 3 weeks time to see how it's going. Very happy with the polite and caring nature of the staff and the organisation in what has been a difficult time for me. Thank you.
