    Receptionist was extremely helpful, had to change face to face appointment because of contracting COVID and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Phone call by GP was exactly to the time of original appointment.Appointment by GP excellent and extremely reassuring , with prompt action for my condition .

    I had a blood test by a lovely nurse, she was brilliant and made me feel at ease throughout. Everyone I saw that worked in the surgery were very friendly. Thank you!

    Booked an appointment for diabetes test easily and at a convenient time. Nurse was pleasant and professional. Although told if I didn't hear anything the result was OK I did hear by App that everything was fine. Smooth and good visit.

    My original PSA test was not done and the focus was on a diabetic check I have yet to hear about PsA test!! My appt with practice nurse for a skin problem was excellent

    From my first appointment I received kindness and respect whilst many procedures were carried out to reach a diagnosis. In view of some negative comments I have read I was amazed at the attention I received.

    The nurse was very thorough and listened.She didn’t rush me as she could see I felt very unwell second lot of antibiotics and steroids she could hear wheezing on my lungs .I asked for blood pressure to be taken Which she did.She said get x ray of my lungs I explained I had felt so unwell I couldn’t drive there.Sadly a week later I could hardly breathe or move my daughter took me home with her luckily I thought I was having a asthma attack we called 111they came out and my blood pressure was very high,they could hear fluid on my lungs both sides they took me in to hospital.

    Up to surgery early, receptionist polite & smiling, booked me in for Tel appt for same day. Drawback for people like myself with dysphonia....Tel conversations are difficult & stressful, so much easier when face to face to convey a health problem. Could this be addressed somehow as I struggle over the phone to express myself & often get misheard, then have to repeat myself twice over, adding to the stress.

    I cancelled this appointments because the doctor changed the reason for the call without informing me. It was unnecessary to consult them on the matter. Many wasted resources over a simple enquiry. Then as a matter of course you cant get an appointment. Ridiculous.

    I recently had a 'Health Check' which showed a cholesterol problem this was followed by a telephone consultation and arrangements made for a further blood test. This was all carried out quickly and I now await results from this blood test.
