    Receptionist was very friendly and polite and waiting time was minimal. I saw a lovely nurse who took time with me. No complaints at all.

    The internet procedure worked well for me got a call and appointment and subsequent hospital appointment in a reasonable timeframe with a satisfactory outcome thank you

    I received a timely response and satisfactory consultation with the GP who advised that following the discussion and reading the symptoms I reported that It was necessary for me to have a face to face appointment. He advised that the reception team would call me to advise of the appointment "within the week" and stressed that it was not necessary for me to contact the surgery to arrange the appointment. Had I received the call as promised this would be a 4 or 5 star review. However, 6 working days (8 calendar days) later no call has been received, my symptoms are getting worse and I have no appointment booked. I feel that I have been forgotten and will have to run the 08:30 gauntlet and plead for an appointment which makes me question the value of the service.

    The medical centre contacted me with suggested dates for a COVID booster injection. A date was agreed and I am booked in for the booster.

    The invitation to have another boster jab wasost welcome. The process was was quick and more importantly very simple.

    Very helpful staff who try to assist and come up with solutions. Only problem is getting an appointment to see a Doctor or nurse practitioner. Advice is ring in morning at 8am but after days of trying i usually give up. Very frustrating.

    Econsults too slow to be answered , then a 2 week wait for a telephone consultation only for it to be determined a face to face appointment is required, in a further 2 weeks. So from point of contact to seeing a doctor is nearly 5 weeks

    I was called from the long queue as the nurse had noticed me and she was ready. Loved the personal touch and saved me sone time and stopped the nurse running late too.
