Quick efficient and punctual. Nurse explained the reason for my blood test and how long it would take for the results.

I pre booked an appointment 4 weeks ago for my daughter. We were left for 1 hour in the waiting room, no explanation or reason for the lateness. If we were 10mins late for an appointment we wouldn’t have been seen. This is why there is so much pressure on the NHS because GP practices are an absolute joke.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your feedback, I apologise for the poor experience you had received, We have feed this back to our clinical team to make sure they inform reception when they are running behind so we can let Patients know, Unfortunately sometimes the clinical team do run behind on occasions but we try to keep patients updated as much as we can, But this feedback has been passed on to the team Many thanks Kayleigh Practice Manager

Friendly, took blood no problem the nurse was friendly, didn't have to wait long to be seen the surgery is clean

It was on time and satisfactory except we couldn't get access to 2 weeks earlier Hospital requested blood and stool test

Unlike previous appointments where i was seen almost an jour after my original appointment time, this one is right on time

I got put on a phone call wait list as there was only one gp on that day as others where sick, he called me for my daughter at 7pm, he had clearly worked over the closing time

Whilst having a standard intimate procedure I raised concerns about pain/discomfort which I have never had previously and felt this was quickly dismissed. Yes the procedure is quick; but I have been left with ongoing discomfort and slight bleeding today. Perhaps listening to a patient who knows their own body & what is not usual to them; should be taken more seriously.
