We did not have to wait and we was looked after extremely well, and we wasn’t in the doctors for more than 5 minutes, excellent Service Many thanks.

Very efficient today with the flu and Covid injections walked straight in no queing and managed to park ok

It used to be getting an appointment meant waiting weeks. Whatever has been done has worked and the availability of appointments and the booking process, via the apps, is a vast improvement. Saying that the young doctor I saw could do with some social skills and not talk down to people like he did me.

The whole experience was seamless and all staff were very friendly from the greeter to nurse giving the vaccinations.

I arrived 30 minutes late for my Covid and Flu boosters. I was shown straight into a room where I was given my jabs which were given Painlessly. My apologies for lateness were accepted without any problem. I was in and out in record time. Well done the Practice

Covid and flu vaccinations received today. It was a very easy process to book the appointments and then very organised at surgery with no waiting and friendly staff.

The nurse was reassuring, knowledgeable and friendly. I’d recommend her, I normally have many issues trying to get into see a doctor or nurse so avoid going. However she was fantastic

It was the best experience of seeing a medical practitioner I have had since I have been at this practice. The lady I saw was very professional, polite, good sense of humour and great knowledge. The sad thing is she retires next week! A great same!she sorted out my problem and I was put Immediately at ease.
