Great Covid/Flu vaccination clinic yesterday. Met by friendly staff and only a very short wait to go forward. Didn't feel either needle go in so happy with that too. Good job - thank you.

I recently attended beversbrook for an appt. The appt was easily and quickly booked via Patches. Such an improvement to the old system. Appts were running on time and the new booking in system was easy to use.

A really efficient visit for flu and Covid vaccinations. Well organised and really friendly people on what cannot be an envious duty. Thank you to the staff and in particular tones outside guiding us lesser mortals in the correct direction - All with 😀😀😀 on their faces!

Had Covid and Flu vaccines in less than 5 minutes from arrival. All staff very friendly and welcoming. Excellent service. Well done.

I had an initial phone consultation, then as more symptoms became evident I requested a further phone consultation. That led quickly to an appointment where I was welcomed, didn't need to wait long, was quickly told about a further risk that meant another course of pills. All very prompt, clear and understandable explanations, friendly manner from all staff I met or spoke with.

I received an appt following a Patchs request almost immediately. Great communication from Receptionist following confirmation I could make the appt at such short notice. Very impressed!

Had both jabs today (5 Oct 2024). Excellent job by all at surgery. No waiting at all; in fact completed jabs before actual appt. time. Very friendly & helpful. Could not fault it. Thank you.

Arrived shortly before my appointment time. Check in as smooth as can be. Waiting room very quiet which made me feel relaxed. Doctor came out and called my name. Nice greeting followed. Appointment went very well. All my concerns and requests were dealt with. Receptionist was very friendly.
