    I met the Dr and I felt his attention was solely on me. He listened to everything I said and was very good at explaining things in a professional friendly way.

    I attended an appointment at Beaversbrook surgery suffering from a severe cough. I received a thorough and expert examination from the attending nurse and she arranged the appropriate medication and treatment. I am most grateful as the symptoms are now lessening. Thank you.

    The doctor’s and nurses here and at patford house have saved my life! I trust them implicitly! They really do know their stuff. Im forever grateful for their care,and quick replies to any of my queries. Cant thank them enough.

    I had a problem and completed a Patches questionnaire and asked for a telephone response. Within an hour the surgery had called me back to offer me a face to face with a Doctor the same day. I was also due to have a medication review in two days. The very smart lady I was talking to suggested I rolled the two appointments in to one which I agreed. I saw a very nice young Doctor I hadn't met before and he was great. Sorting out my original problem then going through my medication review. In doing so I was able to stop taking some of my meds. All in all a brilliant service from everyone concerned.

    I do not visit or contact the doctors very often, iv only been to this practice once for a medical. Self check in very simple, all staff very helpful and friendly. Doctor I saw was very helpful and professional

    I was not told the medication prescribed would up set my stomach as much as it did .Not sure I can continue taking it although it does seem to help with my headaches

    I had a positive experience. I felt heard and understood by the doctor. He could sense that I was a bit anxious about the situation and he was empathetic when giving me the reassurance that I needed. He was happy to answer any of my questions and made me feel as though it was no trouble at all to ask for support.
