My appointment time was spot on, with no waiting. The reception area was clean and tidy. The nurse who called me in for my review was polite and very respectful and professional. I was very anxious and the nurse picked up on this and gave me lots of reassurance. This lady was very caring, kind, empathetic . I was given space to make my own choices and didn't feel pressured. The nurse made good eye contact smiled and made me feel welcomed and valued as a patient of Bellvue medical practice which has been my surgery for more than 60 years. My experience today was excellent and my care was individualised. The nurse who I saw was amazing and a true representation of what NHS care should be . 5 stars from me. Well done to the team.

Phone consultation is not as good as face to face, but everything was covered and explained perfectly. On going treatment explained and is good. Thank you for the care afforded me.

Came in for a blood test..09.50, 20.02.2022...nurse was lovely, sanitised her hands and then she took my bloods, great touch, virtually pain-free. Room was clean, tidy and nice temperature. Always happy to be treated here. Thank you.

GP spontaneously called 2 weeks after receiving a letter from the hospital specialist about my condition and was very helpful with my needs, queries and concerns. It would be good if the staffing levels were higher so that patients don't wait for weeks for a 10-min call about pressing issues about their condition.

We are currently experiencing increased demand on our services and only have a limited number of appointments available. Please be assured we are constantly hiring and looking at additional staffing to help manage demand. However, there is a national shortage of GPs, which pre-dates the pandemic, meaning we are unable to just find more Doctors to help manage this. All our clinicians are working to their full capacity and new appointments are available daily. Kind regards Patient Experience Team

Had a blood test my blood didn't want to come out a few times. The nurse checked to make sure I had drank water and that l was comfortable then the result came.

Since English is not my first language, I see that many times they do not understand what I am suffering from, because of the phone appointments, even many times, they give me pills that do not suit my condition. All the doctors are nice, especially on Monday 6/2, I had f2f appoinment with a very nice dr.he gave me all support that l need. Some cases should be face to face with Doctors.Also the receptionist today she was very nice and helped me. Thanks

The doctor was polite and told me the necessary tests I had to do. Although it's difficult to get appointments soon and on time which delays the follow-up too.
