Easy to get appointments. Staff are friendly and listen to you, asking the appropriate questions and following through, with what they agree as best course of action.

I had my first medical check up there and the nurse is extremely friendly and professional. I did not feel pain at all about the blood testing procedure and the nurse is very gentle for the whole process.

Efficient and my query was dealt with in a reasonable time frame reception staff are friendly, managed to get through on the telephone quite quick

In the last couple of weeks, I have been in touch with the surgery three times. I was dealt with quickly & efficiently, & either had a telephone callback or face to face appointment.

I had a short wait before seeing the doctor, who was friendly and informative. Overall the surgery was clean and the staff were helpful.

Don't use if you want clinical care....GPs too busy thinking what is the best method to send individual away and save on budgets Try to get medicine out of this surgery is none existent....easier to get your hands on cocaine than it is getting antibiotics from this surgery Absolute 0 clinical care, GPs too busy lining their pockets with their pay which doesn't reflect the service they offer. GPs constantly leaving because they cannot do their jobs, no consistent medical advice, they take minimal notes so no liability comes back to bite them Nurses on the other hand are amazing very kind considerate to individuals, great clinical service

The nurse I saw today is the only nurse that made a horrible experience a pleasant one. She is very gentle, calm and reassuring, a credit to the nursing profession.

This experience was OK-very good professional the person who saw me but the overall practice is bad. It is too difficult to get appointments when unwell.
