Very quick and responsive, helpful and very communicative gps and ancillary staff. Easy to get an appointment. Conveniently located in the centre of town. Plenty of bike racks nearby.

I always get the service and attention I need. The receptionists are helpful and the doctors unfailingly attentive, kind and helpful.

Pharmacist so friendly, helpful, caring and professional. Phoned at exactly the time he said he would. Was fully prepared with all info. Unfailingly polite and courteous. Just a delight.

Always treated with respect and dignity I was seen on time by a nurse who was efficient but caring but that is what I have grown to expect from this practice
