I was offered an appointment with the GP of my choice, for a non urgent problem, the following week, at a convenient time. I was asked whether I wanted it to be a phone consultation or in person at that time. Booking in was quick and easy. The waiting area was quiet and peaceful. I was invited in to the consultation by the GP himself. In the consultation, the GP took time to listen to me. It was evident that he was aware of my past history, though I had not consulted him as a patient for several years. He took time to understand my concerns, made wise suggestions, offered blood tests and told me he would email me himself when he has the results. He offered me the opportunity to contribute to the note taking process for my rather complicated presentation. The receptionist told me I could have had the blood test the following day but an appointment was made at my request for the next week.

Contacted my own GP by email who arranged a suitable appointment with his colleague who specialises in dermatology. Very helpful consultation and I was referred appropriately.

I have received nothing but the best service from the first phone call to the practice reception for an appointment first with a practice nurse then for a doctor appointment I have no problem in recommending this practice to any of my friends

Since the day I changed surgery every doctor has been great. Most recently I have long covid and the Dr just keeping in touch and referring me, talking to me. I rate this Dr's because iv felt the care. Thank you
