Following an e consult I was allocated an appointment in a reasonable time period with my GP. She was attentive, caring, understanding, professional and focused GP.

I recently had the need for a face to face appointment with my doctor, I had a same day appointment and the subsequent referral appointments were confirmed a day later. My doctor was brilliant and reacted positively to my issues.

My doctor was really great very thoughtful and was given her opinion of my problem she has arranged an appointment for me to attend hospital to have it sorted .

Dr excellent good examination caring sorted the problem gave me confidence I would recover soon. Very caring surgery everyone is helpful caring can’t praise them enough

From e consult to calling back,then being seen ideal.cant fault that and doctor was helpful. It's a trying time for NHS so must be patient.

Pleased to receive a telephone call from GP during which I was able to discuss various options on medication. Always grateful for the empathetic service provided by the reception team.
