    1 Brilliant service re hospital referral and Secondary care response. 2 Sadly very poor response to sort repeat medication review . Took since end of April to sort a repeat medication review for family member and even now incorrect medication left on notes so waiting to sort that out ! 3 Finally , I think the Practice need to make it more clear on their response form when you fill out an Econsult form that when you get a phone call back there is a possibility you will get an appt offer on the day as I had no idea this would happen . So when I got the offer on the phone , I had no idea of my schedule as was not in front of calander. When I rang back Reception said Dr only one that could authorise booking of appt ! Ridiculous when Dr had oked this task ! I now have recorded on my consultation notes that “ I wasn’t happy “ ! but it’s the Practice Policy which was not helpful to a patient

    Very happy with out come, got my appointment now off hospital .thanks to doctor for putting me forward for to see cardiologist .and my prescription she put through for me .

    After filling out an econsult I was messaged to say I would be contacted in the next ten days, which I was on the tenth day. An appointment was made for later the same week and after the appointment a referral was arranged at Derriford. Once the wheels started turning the process was quite rapid thankfully.

    I left an e-consult request, within 10 days the doctor had phoned me, and offered me an appointment the next working day. The doctor was very informative and friendly, and I left feeling reassured and informed.

    A Recent , rare appointment with new GP, I was very pleased how my worries were received. A very caring doctor . I was taken seriously with great understanding and patience .

    For about a year I have suffered with a very bad back, which lead to surgery. From the moment I started visiting the practice with problem pre op and post op, I have been so well looked after. I am listened to and understood and received the best possible care. I am my 5 month of recovery from my back operation and still being well looked after for any concerns I may have.

    The young lady behind the desk down at Glenside surgery was very helpful to me in sending some photos that i didn't know how to send them, my doctor was also very helpful,she listened to me and got me appointment with the hospital fairy quickly

    Received reminder of appointment just before 5pm on Monday. Arrived for appointment 11.15am Tuesday to be told appointment cancelled as diabetic nurse off sick. Looked at mobile to see message sent 10.40 informing me of cancellation, when I was already on way to appointment. The nurse was off on Monday so why wasn’t I informed of cancellation then rather than a confirmation of appointment? Made another appointment for following week. Saw diabetic nurse, who listened to everything I had to say, explained everything clearly and made sure she followed up on medication I was prescribed and whether it was safe for me to take. She phoned me several times to discuss the outcome. When I see a member of the medical staff face to face I am always satisfied with the outcome. I do have problems contacting/leaving messages with surgery and how incorrect information is recorded in my notes.

    The eConsult service was easy to use. Although the response time was slower, once I received a call my issue was addressed and I was given helpful advice and a prescription. The GP was very friendly and nice.

    Book a GP call for review to get my repeat prescription put back on system. No call recieved. I have very limited time due to work start before open hours and finish after hours. All I want is my repaet prescriptions to be put on system so I can get my medication.
