    Despite the pressures on NHS I still felt like an individual and was treated kindly. I did feel the staff were interested in my welfare

    Very quick turn around from the gp. Had a phone conversation arranged,and that went ahead. It is tricky to make practice aware that I teach and cannot answer my phone. My gp has now red flagged this on my notes. Bloods done,results phoned through to me, with follow up if required.

    Did an e- consult and Dr contacted when I was told he would. He gave an appointment that day and was so helpful and kind.

    He doesn't answer the phone, he doesn't pick up the phone when you call him, and he gives the appointment after many days, and the result comes later, and he doesn't pay attention to the patient.

    I have a long standing condition first diagnosed over 25 years ago the doctor listened to my experience over years of occasional flare ups ,l have had treatment from the Pain Clinic. I was even given acupuncture but the medication does work ,l find it makes me tired , but l respond quickly .

    Arrived at surgery, checked in, didn’t wait long before called in, nurse had student & asked if I minded, obviously not, he was lovely too, she was very thorough, gave great advice, only wish I had asked if swelling & redness hadn’t gone down what do I do, but I forgot about that, but great experience

    This was a phone consultation and we discussed my symptoms and how to proceed. As this was not a new problem for me, I am not sure previous discussions were taken into account. I am going to follow the advice given for a period of time but am not comfortable with it.
