It was my first visit since moving to Banbury and I was delighted with the lovely manner of the nurse I saw today. I member of staff who took my call was very pleasant and helpful too.

I’d put off calling the doctors for an appointment as you could never get through and it took too much time. The system now where they automatically log your number and call back is brilliant. Both the team member and doctor who called back were lovely and very helpful. The system is greatly improved.

I have been attending for a few months, met some lovely people and got heaps of support. Also have been given lots of information about activities in my area and other assistance available to me which I knew nothing about. We've had some informative speakers plus information and help from other attendees is invaluable. Excellent Group and service. Long may it continue. Thank you
