I have had very positive experiences of the staff at this practice. I needed a blood test an appointment was requested via the app and quickly and efficiently had the blood test

Had appointment booked for a issue I had been waiting on 6 weeks, at time of appointment I had bad ear infection so I spoke to the doctor about that, he didn’t want to discuss my other issue and told me to re book, I called to rebook as my ear was still playing me up after 2 weeks and also to rebook for my original issue, I sent this by text, I received a call saying I have an appointment and doctor will deal with both issues, I was told to prepare a wee sample which i did, when I saw the doctor he was very curt, explained about my ear infection which I was prescribed more antibiotics then asked if I could talk about my other issue, I was told only if I’m quick, I explained the pain I have in my groin lower abdomen and hip only to be written a prescription for more painkillers, I felt the doctor just wanted me out the room, one of your physios advised I see a doctor and twice I haven’t been dealt with as I feel properly, no examination what so ever,it’s a ongoing issue I have and I need it investigated not given painkillers all the time, I’ve been on them since my first visit with the physio. I now feel what’s the point in bothering to get it looked at even though I get up every morning in so much pain It’s effecting my quality of life, what’s the point of being advised by the physio to see a doctor if I’m given just more painkillers?

Waited for appointment Was given a good selection of dates and times preferred Doctor available Felt the appointment was enough time my questions answered and issues resolved and additional appointments with specialists to be arranged

The doctor was excellent, having not seen a doctor for nearly 4 years I was very impressed with her care and the attention and help I received. However having to wait nearly 6 weeks from a request for a gp appointment to actually receiving one I do not feel is good service.

gp recommended statin review after blood test and it was followed through on quickly. Review with locum resulted in required prescription

I was booked an appointment via the messaging service. On the day of my appointment I was seen promptly. The clinician listened to me and was very thorough and explained everything as she went along. A follow up appointment was booked there and then.

This was dealt with by the whole team and volunteer ushers in a friendly and informative way. Booster was painless and also the professional practitioner and nurse team were lovely and caring.

I have waited for over 2 weeks for an appointment . I got a phone call appointment on Saturday the 13th . Had several reminders but never got that call . I’m very dissapointed and angry as I waited for someone to call but they never did . Now I’ll have to go though the porosses all over again and have to wait yet another 2 weeks . Not happy at alll
