Doctor was lovely and receptionist was very professional. Waited a little over my appointment time but not much, and the doctor was so lovely.

It was comparatively easy to book an appointment although you have to persuade the receptionist that you want to speak to a doctor and not some other person.

She was so kind and she listened to my speech patiently to I discuss my illness with and she given me good advice and she prepared for me a good interpreter form own native language for good understanding. Overall I like her God bless her. Thank you doctor

Honestly awful, have to beg for an appointment when you’ve got multiple problems which need seeing too and when you’re really struggling and need the help. Have to wait around surgery for ages after appointment time to be seen and most the time when you get checked over they say ‘I don’t know’ honestly horrendous.

Booking the nurse appointment was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. My questions were answered and I felt listened to. I was seen on time and the nurse was great.
