I included a query in a recent repeat prescription request. I received a prompt and extremely helpful response, left as a voice message on my phone (which was on silent). Many thanks to the very pleasant young lady who left the message.

I had my diabetes check up and had such good service as I was given continuous support from the same nurse which really helped as they new and understood my medical history.

I saw a physiotherapist today for an initial assessment. She was very pleasant, thorough and professional. I left the surgery feeling positive, and very hopeful that my issues would be resolved with the advice/exercises I was given.

Called at 8.05 and left my number for a call back. I was called back within the hour. My problem was discussed with reception staff who were very friendly and very efficient. I was called back again by a consultant and had an appointment on that day. I would highly recommend anyone to use the practise as instructed. You will not be disappointed if you listen and do as asked. Please ignore any negative reviews as this is certainly a very good and very well run practise.

I’d put off calling the doctors for an appointment as you could never get through and it took too much time. The system now where they automatically log your number and call back is brilliant. Both the team member and doctor who called back were lovely and very helpful. The system is greatly improved.

I have been attending for a few months, met some lovely people and got heaps of support. Also have been given lots of information about activities in my area and other assistance available to me which I knew nothing about. Needed an appointment on that day, called at 08:00 and after a short wait, got an in person consultation at 10:00. All staff was very friendly, blood samples were taken and got the results in the next working day. Very happy with the practice.
