    Alongside the great hospital treatment I have been receiving, the GPs and all the Staff at Arbury Medical Centre, who I have been in contact with, have helped to make my diagnosis of breast cancer and my treatment journey more bearable. They have been brilliant (and continue to be so). Whatever query I have had, or if I need to see my doctor, everything has been done to ensure I leave the Practice happy and reassured. It has been a very difficult time, but my GP has made time for me, listens to what I have to say, gives advice and reassurance, never rushes me and I always leave feeling optimistic about the future. I feel a valued cared for patient, and I am so glad to be a patient of this Practice.

    I had a problem that unsettled me greatly and needed urgent attention. After online triage I got an appointment with Dr I., straight away and thanks to her quick actions I was seen by the hospital with 7 days and a consultant within 14 days. All problems resolved and I'm signed off with no further issues

    Phone up on the 28 2 2024 about my medical condition was told it’s a on going there’s only emergency appointments so my on going condition is not emergency I’ve up my medication I use my cream what was given to me by gp this is affecting my mental health which I did tell receiptionist who always seems to have a problem with me and is rude to me I’m up at 3/4 every morning in pain and all this receptionist keeps telling me it’s on going in other words there’s nothing what we can do

    Worst drs ever been a few time when u can get appointment but the gp today was . Well he didn't care at all asked how I knew I had IBS told him my old gps diagnosed me he said they were gve me prescription took my blood pressure never even looked at what it read chucked back in is box on is desk couldn't understand him told me I couldn't have pain in two plaice in my stomach were I said I had them . And finally before I was leaving told me to lift my top and examine my stomach why I sitting in a chair . Also they refer to patients as costumers . Dredfull .

    Went to pick a fit note up only find out that the doors do not open till 9. So now unable to collect note. Website needs to be updated with the information that they are open from 8-9am for phone calls only as this is very misleading.

    Dear Anonymous, please note that our website does show that we are open from 8am, so patient communication is predominantly via telephones/email or our online triage system as our doors remain closed between 8am - 9am. However, there are signs also on the door itself for any patient that comes for a pre-booked appointment during these times and those with urgent queries to use the intercom for the team to assist you.     I am being treated for breast cancer, and have just finished my chemotherapy treatment. I am now waiting for an appointment for radiotherapy. In between the end of this treatment and waiting for a date for radiotherapy, I have been suffering some severe side effects, and am still anxious. I saw my GP on Monday afternoon. My appointmet was made as soon as possible, after I had spoken by phone to the surgery’s ‘receptionists’ …I know they are not just receptionists now, and I find them to be helpful, patient and professional. My GP was so very helpful too, sent me for some tests to put my mind at ease and will see me again, when the results have been received. I always feel better when I have visited the surgery and thank my GP too, for the kindness and support I have been given since my cancer diagnosis last December. My husband and I left the surgery feeling much better than when we arrived. Thank you.

    Attended the surgery at 08:45 only to be told they don't open until 09:00 and been like that for a long time. I saw another receptionist who was really helpful, I asked her what time they opened she said 09:00. I showed her the website which showed opens at 08:00. She said she would let them know and get it changed.

    I apologise for the miscommunication you received this morning from our team. The practice is open via telephone and our online triage service from 8am, however our doors do not open fully until 9am. During 8-9am there is an intercom service on the door to assist with accessing pre-booked clinic appointments where applicable. We are not routinely able to assist with test results, registration or general queries in person before 9am. I hope this has further explained our practice access.     I have had my share of unhelpful and rude GP staff before registering with Arbury Medical Centre. This practice is definitely the best service I have ever received from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors. I understand that everybody calling on the telephone results in long waiting times. I appreciate that Arbury Medical has updated the online form to submit requests. This makes things much easier and reassures me that an admin will respond with helpful advice. Thank you for treating me with dignity! It makes a world of difference. I will continue to use Arbury Medical for as long as I live in Nuneaton.

    My husband and I have recently registered and have had great care since. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and take the time to listen to the reason why you are phoning. The surgery itself has a calming and friendly atmosphere which is like a breath of fresh air compared with our previous practice. We have both had health checks and when I have been unfortunate enough to need to phone for an appointment I was listened to,treated professionally and with concern, quickly and thoroughly, it makes a great difference to a worrying time when the nurses and doctor are friendly and I am so pleased we made the move, my daughters family are also registered here. Well done Arbury medical centre so glad I have returned I had to leave 28 years ago after moving out of catchment area at the time. You are all a credit to the nhs
