I phoned up and said I worked 8.30-4.30 and it was hard to get time for appointments so they made sure to book me a 8am appointment as this was the best they could do Nurse that did my observations was super friendly and chatty and put me at ease to have my blood pressure and bloods taken

Basically, it took 3 weeks from the moment I started developing the symptoms until I finally got to see the doctor. The doctor was lovely, but she couldn't help me too much by then. So I spent a few weeks feeling pretty lousy without any treatment. So again, the staff at the clinic are always super helpful, but the waiting time is really bad.

I would highly recommend the practice which always exceeds my expectations. Every member of staff goes above and beyond. I would especially like to pay tribute to the clinical staff whose medical expertise is best in class. I have been treated with the utmost respect and genuine kindness and empathy every time that I have visited the practice. I consider myself extremely privileged to be registered as a patient at the surgery which represents the very best of the NHS. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have been a patient at this practice for several years. Every interaction with staff has been a joy. Everyone has been friendly, helpful & respectful. Whenever I have an issue, all treatment options are discussed in detail & I’m given options in treatment paths. The follow ups are great & on a whole I feel valued & human, rather than just a number.

The online service is incredibly poor, even if you want to book an appointment weeks in advance, you have to be online specifically to use the online form. They then close it seemingly when they want and even block off certain topics on the website, For example I could only get to this review by selecting 'Good Experience' When you select 'Poor Experience' it tells you the form is closed. That is very very dodgy. It should not be that hard to pre book a basic appointment for weeks down the line. I genuinely feel for people with serious issues with this practice and getting through. The site and booking appointments is an absolute disaster. In terms of the doctors/nurses, they always do a great job when you can get in to see them. The entire admin side/reception/booking has gone horrendous.

Receptionists are so vile. Your website clearly states 3 ways to book an appointment- online form, ring up or visit the desk. I visited the desk and got a very nasty “no you can’t, you have to go online” So I said then can you pass on to management that your website needs updating to save other patients time. She smirked and responded “ok” - not the first issue I’ve had with receptionists here. I used to shout about how good this doctors was but in the last year it’s slipped majorly
