    I am 30 minutes on the phone right now and nobody is picking up. They never pick up! It’s 5:20pm so not even busy much. Worst GP ever!

At All Saints Surgery, we take every comment and concern seriously, as it helps us continuously improve the services we provide to all of our patients. After reviewing our call system records for the time you mentioned, I can confirm that our phone lines were fully operational. We operate with a cloud-based telephony system that allows us to track each call, and on the day in question, we had a full team in place, ensuring no staffing shortages. Additionally, our system offers a call-back option, which patients are finding quite useful during our busy hours of the day. As this review is anonymous, we are unfortunately unable to investigate the issue in further detail without more specific information. We would, however, be more than happy to discuss this matter with you in person. Please feel free to visit the surgery and speak with our Operations Manager, who can go through our processes with you in full transparency.     Although it can be a little difficult to get through to make an appointment to see the Doctor l am aware the surgery has to accommodate a lot of patients. However, when communicating with the staff they have always been pleasant and understanding and will make an appointment if needed. On my recent visit to see the Doctor he took the time to explain my health issues and what needed to be done for me to obtain the best outcome. I have also seen a pain management person which was most helpful.

    All saints surgery has always treated me with respect and answered my concerns.i had an appointment about the pain on the right side of my abdomen today.i was assured by the doctor and he listened to me and answered all my questions and reffered me for a ultrasound scan.Thank you doctor.

    I was surprised at the speed with which my position moved forward in the que for requesting telephone appointment today(11/4/24).The receptionist was very forthcoming. My thank you to the Practice Manager and the receptionist.

    I had the best experience every time I have seen this male doctor since he joined 4 years ago. I have seen him again today and his care towards my health issues is exactly the same as 4 years ago. He is thorough and makes me feel that I have all my concerns answered.

    10/10 for service and care. Right through from booking my appointment to collecting my prescription from the Pharmacy, the service has been nothing short of brilliant. Receptionist was polite and took their time to understand why i needed an appointment, but this quality of care continued on the day ,where i was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time slot. The individual whom i was seen by was polite, courteous and took the time to diagnose me and provide me with the correct medication. Amazing surgery - cannot recommend enough!

    I thought I had tonsillitis, Locum doctor looked at throat, but didn't get close enough to me, didn't feel glands, no antibiotics prescribed, I said I've had this for a week so painful to swallow, he said I could have it for another week, didn't seem very thorough or sympathetic asked if BP could be checked, but suggested I purchase my own machine and check at home.

    I called worried about a lump and the receptionist got me in for an appointment within half an hour due to a cancellation. The doctor was also the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever been seen by. It was my third appointment with him over the last couple of months and every time he took the time to fully explain things to me and answer every question I had. He even went above and beyond to show me how to access other nhs services online (booking a blood test at the hospital and purchasing a 3 month prepaid prescription card because it would save me money). It is very clear how much he cares about his patients.

  10. Review titled Telephone wait after being first in queue

    Waited 1hr 45 mins in queue, 1 hrs of this being the "first" in queue. If surgery has closed, why do they leave you holding on telling you that you are first in the queue "and your call is very important to us, please wait for the next available agent". This makes you think they will speak to the callers that got through before closing time. Please correct this system flaw.
