Review titled Great appointment 26/07/2023
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Tina Lockley - Posted on 27 July 2023
I had an Asthma review with the nurse whom I’m not allowed to mention. My appointment was excellent. The nurse made me feel comfortable and at ease right from the start. She was extremely thorough with her checks. Extremely professional and looked very professional too. I have only positive things to say about this appointment from the start when I arrived to book in with the receptionist to my actual appointment. Excellent customer service from the receptionist to the nurse. A job well done and thank you.

You can't get through the phone, many times they will not pick up but actually do nothing in there. The senior nurse has administered me the wrong vaccine while I was pregnant. Please avoid.

On hold for over 30 mins to try to get an appointment and being told number 4 in the queue. Had to put the phone as at work. This surgery has gone from bad to worse!

Practice is great and doctors work to get to know you to create a holistic treatment. They listen and support with individual needs.

Review titled Shambles of a doctors surgery
Rated 1 star out of 5

Call queues are ridiculous and when you do finally get through, the receptionist puts you back on hold again!!!! The amount of times they have made mistakes with my sons medication and given it to the wrong pharmacy despite me clearly stating which pharmacy I use is a joke!!! I wanted to love myself from this Surgery practice but unfortunately you have to stay within your vicinity and only this shambles joke of a place is available in our vicinity. The amount of time I have had hospital appointments and when they hear this surgery’s name, they roll their eyes or raise their eyebrows to show their dissatisfaction and disappointment with this place as they get a lot of complaints from patients. Nothing gets done on time. They seriously need to look at getting better staff. I would highly not recommend this place!! By the time you get an appointment, you might as well go A&E or ring 111 and go somewhere else!

Review titled Great Doctor (You know who you are)
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Reg Bower - Posted on 24 March 2023
I've always complained if I find fault, its the only way to improve things and in the present day there is so much that isn't working so in fairness if I get good service I like to say. Today once again I had a positive experience with the doctor who took his time to listen to me and discuss at length my health. The was no rushing, he made me very comfortable and answered all my questions. I came away very happy. Thankyou.

Review titled Short of Doctors
Rated 1 star out of 5

Tried to get an appointment for my husband was advised they only have one doctor and it will be over a month away , it took a week to get through to speak to someone we finally just drove down. I Just can't understand how they are still accepting patients they cant seem to service the ones they have. I understand the NHS is under pressure but take care of the patients you have 1st before taking more on.

Review titled No appointments ever
Rated 1 star out of 5

Why is it impossible to make appointments. All I want is a renewal to my sick note. Unable to get on e consult supposedly available from 08.30 to 18.00. Everything you want to do is coming soon. If you call the reception all they say is you will have to try tomorrow and there is nothing wrong with e consult and just sound so jninterested in your call. Since covid the doctors surgery seems to be the only place that are still not working properly.
