I only have a lunch break between 12-1 and I needed a call appointment to be told I need to call back at 2 which I was unable to do as I was back in work but I hade been able to make the phone appointment before between 12-1

When booking for a telephone appointment we do always try to accommodate to patients call back requests such as yours, however some times this cannot always be possible in clinics due to various matters. We are offering face to face appointments as well as telephone appointments and also offer appointments of both types on Saturdays so if this is something that would suit you better please always feel free to request for these options when calling reception for appointments. It was a relief today to be able to have a face to face appointment with a GP of my choice for the first time in almost 3 years. The receptionist went out of her way to secure an appointment to suit my needs.

We are so pleased to be able to start offering more face to face appointments at the surgery now that things are looking better following the Covid19 pandemic. Your comments regarding our receptionist are great to hear. We have worked hard to hire new members of staff where needed and train our admin / reception staff to high standards that our patients expect. Finally saw a doctor face to face. Not the usual practice doctors and he was the best I have seen in the last 4-5 years.
