I was booked for a smear test, never a pleasant experience, but nurse was very welcoming. She asked questions in a sensitive way, explained exactly what she was going to do, and then carried out procedure quickly and efficiently (this has often not been the case with previous smear tests). I would say it was best experience of a smear test that I have had.

Well received by physio Kimberley- incredibly friendly & helpful, extremly professional. I'm very impressed with the way the problem is analyzed and how personalized the exercise program is. Kimberley spent time explaining to me the underlying cause of the problem so I fully understand what needs to be corrected. I will highly recommend Kimberley.

Severe back pain, potentially issue with some organ or muscles. Contacted the GP on the 1st weekof May and was told the earliest I could be seen would be last week in May. Filled in an online application form - asked to wait two week before the GP could entertain me:-). This is a real game of too many patients and not enough allocated resources. Feel hostage to the practice. Will make formal complaint. Currently taking codine as temporary fix - life changing experience to have such pain and be ignored. Sad state of affairs.

This means that when a patient completes the online form, the information provided is carefully reviewed by a GP to determine the urgency of the appointment. In some cases, appointments may be classified as routine, which typically results in a booking within two weeks. In the meantime, we encourage patients who are in significant pain or have worsening symptoms to contact us directly so we can reassess their needs urgently. I have been coming here for years and have only had positive experiences - all the Drs and staff have always gone above and beyond, always professional. My appt today was a great example - the dr I saw dealt with my two queries really quickly, sorting out follow up and a prescription. I used the new online booking system which is brilliant - so efficient - feel very fortunate to have such a brilliant practice so local. Huge thx to the whole Addison Road team

I had a review with the nurse for a diabetic check. I found her to be very caring, sincere and and asked me personal questions in the loveliest manner. She was very thorough and offered me services that may be help to me. I found her very warm and caring.

I submitted an online request on Monday, got a request to send photos and was seen on Tuesday morning and referred. It was efficient and staff were helpful. As long as you fill in the form early it works really well. I've tried to fill in the form later in the day for important but not urgent that day issues, and got the 'come back tomorrow' message, so had put things off. So it's a good reminder to just set a reminder and to do this first thing.

I’ve twice asked for support and advice for hip pain, via the Klinik online request process. The doctor got back on the day I sent the request, referring me to the practice’s physio. I was able to have a face to face consultation with the physio that week, and was given exercises to do. I’ve had a more recent related query and the doctor has arranged for me to get a hip X-ray and to see the physio again. That appointment is within the week.
