I'm frightened of dentists because of past traumas (not at this dentist) treated by lovely staff, and relaxed environment. Was treated quickly and was very pleased with this practice. Dentist fixed my chipped tooth for me.

I was 5 minutes late for my appointment and got told I might be able to get seen (but I did). The amount of times I’ve attended an appointment and the dentist is running late you just wait and it’s always been more than 5 minutes. It may of been the way I was told I might not get seen that i didn’t like.

Friendly dental practice and clean environment. Been going for decades before the current practice was even built. Always had good service. Definitely recommend - if they have spaces and you can get signed up.

I was not pleased with last Friday's service. During all my routine appointments over the years, the dentist would check my mouth, clean my teeth, apply fluoride and, if necessary, do an X-ray of my tooth which underwent a root canal procedure. After checking my mouth, teeth and gums at last week's appointment, the dentist told me that everything seems fine, except that there was a little gum inflammation in some areas and a little build up of plaque around my retainers. She told me to book with the hygienist and I told her that I had seen one in February of this year. That was it for Friday's appointment, which lasted less than 5 minutes. The service itself was very poor. Following the dentist's prodding of my gums, I had spat out saliva and blood in the sink. I am usually given a cup with mouth wash to rinse my mouth during routine appointments. On this occasion, I had to ask for a cup of water to rinse my mouth. I was given a cup with water but no mouth wash - I should never have to ask for this. I asked the dentist about doing an X-ray on the root-canaled tooth. Initially, she told me that this can be done at the next appointment, then she said she could do it "now" if I wanted her to. I declined. I then asked for flouride to be applied to my teeth and she did this. Altogether, the service was below standards and way below my expectations. I had to be requesting basic, routine services - something I have never had to do before. The appointment was very brief. The dentist could have removed the build-up from my retainers given that there was not much plaque and given that there would have been time to do this. I was left totally disappointed. I am always happy to pay for my routine dentist services. However, I was not happy to do this last Friday as there was no value for money for such poor service.
