The friendliness of everyone from the time I walled in to the reception which was very clean and very open. I had an appointment with the hygienist, cant remember their names but they were great. I have a fear of dentist but they put me right at ease. I was also worried they would have judge me or shown their disapproval that my teeth were not int he best shape. Nope they 100% the complete opposite of that. Instead they were very informative, kind, helpful and extremely gentle. Safe to I no longer fear having to go back for a check up. Overall im so very glad to have found this practise and 100% will recommend.

Receptionists are very friendly and professional,and my dentist is very calming wh8ch matters due to my fear of dentists

Friendly approach they gave me,the dentist was so understanding as I am a very nervous person they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable they were excellent.

I had 2 fillings with hygienist anaesthetic didn't work the first shot hit a nerve very painful ok expect that happens a lot where i work more anaesthetic ok after the fillings both side by side teeth but i was never asked to clench my teeth together so that my other teeth on the other side of my jaw met and now they don't I'm hopeful they will eventually but just thought it was a new technique but my dental surgeon in the past has always done this

My dentist and his team are fantastic. Informative, professional and skillful. Receptionists are helpful. Clean and tidy surgery. Good communications.

Useless. Booked an appointment 3 month's ago to visit the hygienist. On the day of the booking, the receptionist checked me in on arival asked me to take a seat (2 mins prior to booking). Then after waiting 15 minutes, asked me to come and talk to her and she explains that someone had messed up my booking and the hygienist practice is now closed but they can see if the dentist is available instead. I asked why they would book me in for the hygienist at this time if they were aware of the practice closing at this time. She said it wasnt my fault or the dentists and blamed it on a 'new girl' even though it was booked 3 months ago. How can it take them that long (3 months and 15 minutes after checking in) to realise they have messed up my booking?! I was there to see hygienist not the Dentist. Thefore, a complete waste of time and ended up having to leave. I came home from a rare family trip a couple of days early for this appointment and also planned to see the hygienist in preparation for work on my teeth. Completely unprofessional, disappointment and utter waste of time! Won't ever be booking here again.

Very efficient, staff and always have a smile. We are a family of 3 and all see different Dentists. They are all very professional,. I have a fear of Dentists and my daughter does too. She has Autism SPD and both our Dentists are brillant and really take there time to making it stress free and explain every little thing
