Really really helpful receptionist. Dentist caring, kind and gentle. Explained what was needed and showed me the x-rays. Very professional. First class service.

So friendly reception staff and dentist warm welcome made us feel totally at ease as we were all bit apprehensive especially my son so thank you he is returning before hand said I’m not going back so pleased .

The two young ladies on reception were friendly and efficient while my dentist made me feel relaxed and was very helpful. See you in 6 months. ??.

The welcome was lovely as were the people in the practice. My only issue was being charged the private client rates for my treatment when I am an NHS patient, which gave me quite a surprise when paying. I would have preferred to be made aware of this in advance and given the option to discuss. I shall do this with my dentist on my next visit in December. Best

Excellent dental surgery, combination of NHS and Private options allows personalised treatment plans to suit the individual. Having the same dentist every visit ensures good continuity of treatment.

My appointment was 40mins late which was rather frustrating given it was early on in the day. However the practice was very accommodating and changed rooms to a downstairs room to accommodate the fact I had a buggy and young children with me. The appointment itself was quick and professional.
