How thorough both the hygienist and dentist were in both the cleaning and examination whilst explaining everything to me.

Thorough oral exam as well as looking at teeth- important for us as family member just had aggressive tumour in his mouth

Given that I haven't visited them or indeed any dentists for over a year (and was almost expecting a 'telling off' of sorts about it...) they were very proffessional about; telling me what state my teeth are in, and what my options were/are- and then how that could be arranged, and so on. Checking everything. Paying for the appointment was easy, and reception staff were polite, helpful and informative- about paying fees, choosing a work friendly date to go forward... In short the whole appointment was far more pleasant than I had expected it to be.

Premed clean. Lovely dentist. Easy booking in and booking for next visit. But I was literally sitting in the chair for 3 mins for my £25 which felt a bit much. Perhaps offer a quick 3 minute clean as well as check-up as the £25 should include both that and an x-ray if required.

The dental nurse and her assistant i had was amazing, I am very nervous when it comes to the dentist as had bad experiences with previous dentists in the past! She was very calming and explained everything to me. So thank you

The dentist that I saw was amazing. Very gentle and calming for my tooth extraction. Explained everything thoroughly. Dental nurse was polite and happy. Receptionists helped and were polite and good with their job. Very pleased with my visit.
