My dentist was reassuring and kind while comprehensively explaining the treatment options. The receptionist was efficient and polite.

Very friendly Informative- usual stuff but done in a nice encouraging way Aside: Would be nice if you could send a reminder message to your customers once a month about flossing etc etc - I always do for 1st month after cleaning but would be good to have a prod every month as a reminders I’d happily sign up to something like that

The lovely receptionist is always very helpful, with a smile on her face. The hygienist I had this evening was lovely, very welcoming and put me straight at ease. I actually will look forward to my next appointment - something I thought I’d never say.

The dentist we saw today was SO lovely. Really excellent communication skills, lovely manner. Seemed thorough, competent and quick. Reception staff very efficient. All in all a pleasant experience, and I hadn’t been looking forward to it!

It was the first time I've seen this young lady. She was very informative and also gentle, which i am thankful for. Not looking forward to the extraction though. My thanks.

Dentist giving excellent advice and going a step further in suggesting she apply for NHS approval for advanced treatment. Hygienist was practical and considerate with advice on dealing with a correctable problem with a tooth.

A good service but! As I’m an NHS patient I expected to pay NHS prices. I had my teeth cleaned and was charged almost £70 where as this treatment under the nhs would be less than 30. Maybe tell people before there visit.
