It was an emergency appointment and the staff were very accommodating. The dentist was absolutely lovely. The whole experience was fantastic

Great service from booking to treatment. Everything was explained in detail and a course of action decided. An excellent experience which gave me total confidence in the outcome.

The hygienist and dental assistant were extremely pleasant, offering a very friendly welcome on arrival. The hygienist, carried out a thorough and detailed inspection. He was kind and gentle, whilst giving treatment and was helpful with information with regards to advice and future treatment. A very positive appointment, thank you.

Absolutely a dismal experience. Wrong classification of the appointment and got charged for a normal appointment as the practice decided it was emergency a week after the appointment was made, also will have to pay for the next appointment end of September not for any treatment but for another examination. What's laughable is that one is expected to live with the pain for couple of months before the actual treatment can start. Secondly, the request for the X-ray was denied citing practice policy, though in the past the X-rays were emailed without any fuss. The practice staff insisted on retaining copies of my documents as proof of identity, despite the fact that the identity was established and the identity document was shown to the staff. I fail to understand why actual copies of my personal and private documents are required to be kept with the practice staff, when these are sensitive Identity documents. Extremely poor and inefficient process and poor service focus. Sadly.

Receptionists / dental nurse very friendly. Very dismissive dentist & poor at explaining, felt I wasn’t listened to. Come away with little confidence. Fingers crossed different dentist next time as service before has been brilliant.

Brilliant advice and such a lovely manner with both myself and my daughter, especially as it was her first time at the dentist. Brilliant care and wonderful service. Thank you for our visit

I was really impressed with the high standard of work carried out by the hygienist who made me feel comfortable as I was very nervous about going beforehand I would recommend Wallingford House to everyone

My dentist & dental nurse both worked exceptionally well together, kept me comfortable & at ease throughout the whole experience & carried out my root canal procedure in a very professional manner.
